Quentin stars in Life Begins
15/04/2005 - 19:47:20Good drama series are hard to find on TV, but Life Begins: Series 1 (Granada) has the right formula. Caroline Quentin plays Maggie Mee, a mother of two kids who’s suddenly abandoned by her husband.
Her attempts to look after her children and exist as a lone working parent make compelling viewing, demonstrating yet again that it’s still very much a man’s world.
