Aniston: Hollywood marriages are not doomed
13/04/2005 - 13:09:24Jennifer Aniston insists Hollywood marriages aren't cursed, despite the recent collapse of her high-profile union with Brad Pitt.
The pair split earlier this year, ending their four-and-a-half year marriage.
But the former Friends actress is adamant their celebrity and life in the public eye were not responsible.
She says: "Sometime celebrities stay together and sometimes they don't. I think there is a lot of pressure on Hollywood marriages, but I don't think that determines the death of your marriage.
"We just said to each other: 'We'll do the best we can and be as kind and honest as we can.'"
