Barrymore reunites with mother
08/04/2005 - 14:53:30Charlie's Angels star Drew Barrymore has mended her troubled relationship with her mother Jaid, following the death of her father John last year.
The actress has endured a troubled relationship with both of her parents and became a legally emancipated adult at the age of 15.
But since her dad's death she has decided it's time to make amends with her mum.
She says: "(Our relationship) is more functional than it has been. My dad passing definitely made me go: 'You've got to let bygones be bygones'. It just made me have a more open mind and an open heart. It matured me."
