ESB to sell ESBI Engineering for €17m
04/04/2005 - 09:36:16The ESB has announced it is to sell its UK-based electrical construction business, ESBI Engineering.
The company said almost 400 staff, including 90 in Ireland, would be retained following the €17m sale.
The deal comes just weeks after the ESB announced plans to sell its network of shops across Ireland.
