UK financial software company acquires Irish reseller
03/04/2005 - 13:07:31Leading UK accounting and business software developer Access Accounting Ltd has acquired its Dublin-based Irish reseller.
The company will now be called Access Accounting Ireland Ltd and aims to triple staff over the next two years.
"This acquisition and our Irish development plans are a clear indication of the growing importance of the Irish market to international companies," said newly appointed Managing Director of Access Ireland, Peter O’Rourke.
"Access Ireland will seek to replicate the huge success achieved in the UK market, where we are one of the leading accounting and business solutions providers".
