Diageo appoints Roche chief onto board
30/03/2005 - 19:25:22Drinks giant Diageo has increased the number of independent non-executive directors on its board to seven.
The group has appointed Dr Franz Humer on to the board.
He is the chairman and chief executive of Swiss drugmaker Roche.
