ISEQ slips back 32.96
29/03/2005 - 18:26:42The ISEQ index slipped back 32.96 to close at 6,097.38 today, with Anglo Irish Bank one of the day's major fallers.
Shares in the bank slipped 44c to €19.60 today.
Other banking shares also fared badly today. Allied Irish Bank shares fell 10c to €16.05 while Bank of Ireland shares slipped 11c to €12.29.
Elsewhere Irish Ferries saw its share price tumble today, falling 35c to €9.95.
Agribusiness and food giant IAWS, meanwhile, was one of the day's winners, climbing 22c to €11.97 in trading.
The most traded shares today were Bank of Ireland, Anglo Irish Bank, AIB, CRH and Grafton.
