City aiming for 14 in a row

25/03/2005 - 07:51:29
Cork City will be aiming to make it 14 games unbeaten tonight when they face newly-promoted Bray Wanderers at Turner’s Cross.

Cork will be forced to make one change with Kevin Doyle away on international duty with the Republic of Ireland while John O’Flynn is a slight doubt with a muscle strain.

Neale Fenn, Shane Long and Denis Behan will be hoping for a start in attack while Colin O’Brien is hoping that manager Damien Richardson opts to move George O’Callaghan into attack opening a spot in midfield.

Bray, meanwhile, will have the experienced Eddie Gormley and Stephen Fox back after suspension though manager Pat Devlin is likely to stick with the same side that beat St Patrick’s Athletic 2-1 at the Carlisle Grounds last week.
