McIvor to leave 'Rock post
24/03/2005 - 10:14:55Blackrock College director of rugby Stephen McIvor is to leave the club at the end of the season after two years in the post.
During McIvor's tenure as director of rugby 'Rock were a leading Leinster club in Division One of the AIL last season and currently lie mid-table.
A club statement today said McIvor had "added a competitive edge to the AIL side".
"The Club thank Stephen for the professionalism and dedication that he has brought to all aspects of his job with the club and the team."
Financial constraints mean Blackrock will not be appointing a full-time director of rugby for the coming season.
