Dublin gardaí hail St Patrick's Day parade a success
17/03/2005 - 19:10:52The St Patrick’s Day parade in Dublin has been hailed a success.
Dublin had the highest attendance for its traditional parade with 500,000 people turning out to witness the spectacle.
But gardaí in Dublin are hoping for a peaceful evening for all in the capital.
They have appealed to young people and old to act responsibly following brawls last year.
