Savage a doubt for Rovers
15/03/2005 - 14:15:03Robbie Savage is a major doubt for Blackburn’s Barclays Premiership trip to Liverpool tomorrow night.
The 30-year-old – who announced his international retirement this week – is still suffering with the groin strain which ruled him out of Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final win over Leicester.
Match-winner Paul Dickov is also facing a fitness battle as he struggles to shake off groin and thigh problems, but Dominic Matteo should come back into contention after a thigh complaint.
