ISEQ up 14.96 points
15/03/2005 - 11:47:49The ISEQ index of Irish shares climbed 14.96 points today to 6076.48.
Following a continuing trend of buoyancy in the construction industry, Kingspan led the charge this morning with a 38c rise to €9.83 per share while CRH was up 12c to €20.48.
Elan temporarily shrugged off its recent troubles for a positive morning's trading, up 32c to €5.76.
Meanwhile, Tullow Oil benefited from a pre-results buzz with a 6c rise in value to €2.56 a share. The company announced it would will announce its preliminary financial results for 2004 on Tuesday April 12.
