Dublin ranked 22nd in global quality-of-life survey
14/03/2005 - 07:43:06Dubliners have the 22nd best quality of living in the world, according to a survey conducted by the consultancy firm Mercer.
The survey put the Swiss cities of Geneva and Zurich at the top of the quality-of-living league, followed by Vancouver, Vienna and the three German cities of Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf.
Ireland was ranked 27th in the table when it came to safety, with Luxembourg topping the table in this category.
