Doyle faces hearing
11/03/2005 - 14:47:15Brett Doyle will appear before the Jockey Club’s disciplinary panel on Monday after failing to provide a urine sample at Newmarket last summer.
The jockey passed a breath test prior to riding, but failed to to provide urine, having been selected for sampling.
The panel will consider whether Doyle breached rule 66 (vi) in light of Jockey Club protocol and rules for the testing of riders.
