Glanbia announces boardroom changes
10/03/2005 - 09:56:49ISEQ-listed Glanbia has announced that the group’s deputy managing director Billy Murphy will retire from the position in June, but will remain on the board as a non-executive director for another two years.
The group’s finance director, Geoff Meagher, will take on the additional role of deputy group managing director when Mr Murphy steps down in June.
Siobhan Talbot, group secretary, will take on the role of deputy group finance director, also in June.
The groups financial controller, Michael Horan, will then take on the position of group secretary.
