McConville double sees off Laois
Laois 0-17 Armagh 3-10
Armagh substitute Oisin McConville scored two goals as the Orchard county picked off their second league win, defeating at O'Moore Park.
It was Stephen McDonnell's third Armagh goal, deep into injury time which eventually saw off Mick O'Dwyer's home side.
Armagh had to overcome the second-half sending off of Kieran McGeeney, while Laois lost Gary Kavanagh after he was dismissed for shouldering the Armagh captain as he walked from the Portlaoise pitch.
Three Stephen Kelly points had Laois in a good early stead, but McConville's first goal - set up by Ronan Clarke - and a second from the penalty spot on 33 minutes inspired Joe Kernan's men to victory.
Laois still led 0-10 to 2-03 at the break and had Tom Kelly's goal shot not hit the Armagh crossbar, the result might have differed.
A late Ronan Clarke point and McDonnell's smart goal finish settled the issue.
