Travolta buys new fat clothes
John Travolta is so self-conscious about his recent weight gain, he skipped all of the post-Grammy Awards parties to spend the night shopping for better fitting clothes.
While Travolta attended the actual 13 February, he decided against going to the after-parties, as he was more concerned with covering up his weight gain while promoting his new movie Be Cool.
He says: "I'm embarrassed to say what I did after (the Grammys), but I've gained a little weight and I asked a store to close down to get clothes that fit me.
"Even though everyone said I looked good that night I was sucking it in and I wore a black suit that fit well. I went to buy clothes immediately after. No partying, nothing, because I said I had a lot of interviews to do...
"Armani is very good. It was three hours and they picked like 10 outfits."
