Former CEO retires from BoI court

Bank of Ireland has announced the retirement of former chief executive Maurice Keane from the court of directors.

Mr Keane had served as a non-executive director since his retirement as CEO in 2002.

Present CEO Brian Goggin takes over Mr Keane’s post as chairman of Bank of Ireland’s UK subsidiary Bristol & West.
