John Arne Riise rocked Chelsea with a cracking goal in the very first minute of today’s Carling Cup Final to give Liverpool a slender half-time advantage at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium.
The Norwegian volleyed home from a Fernando Morientes cross, but Liverpool were forced to defend for much of the rest of the half as Chelsea battled to get back into the game.
