Madonna lends Tate two Fridas
24/02/2005 - 14:37:47Madonna is lending London's Tate Modern art gallery two of her favourite pictures.
The star is loaning two paintings to the gallery for the exhibition on Mexican artist Frida Kahlo, who was the subject of the 2002 film Frida.
The show runs from June until October, and will be the biggest ever British exhibition of the artist, who famously married the same man twice and had an affair with communist revolutionary Leon Trotsky.
