Trócaire appeals for donations for Ethiopia
19/02/2005 - 09:10:35The aid agency Trócaire says money donated to its Lenten campaign has gone a long way but much more is needed to help the people of Ethiopia.
The organisation says Malaria kills as many children in Ethiopia in six months as were killed by the Asian tsunami.
Its appeal is focusing on the East-African country where 7.6 million people are in need of food aid to survive.
