ISEQ starts off in negative vein
16/02/2005 - 11:05:05Trading on the Dublin stock exchange has seen the ISEQ index fall 15.18 points to 6,767.98 by 11am today.
The morning's trading saw all the financials in the negative with Anglo Irish Bank down eight cents to €20.15 followed closely by Bank of Ireland's seven cent fall to €19.89. Irish Life and Permanent fell five cents to €14.55 and AIB were down three cents to €16.07.
Food group IAWS continued the generally negative trend on the ISEQ with a 11-cent fall to €12.35.
However, Iona Technologies and Irish Continental Group bucked that trend with 30c and 10c rises to €4.15 and €11.80 respectively.
