Undisclosed sum of money stolen in Naas bank raid
11/02/2005 - 13:16:26A lone raider has escaped with an undisclosed sum of money following a raid on a bank in Naas, Co Kildare, this morning.
The man, who is believed to have been a Dubliner, entered the AIB branch in the town brandishing an imitation firearm.
Nobody was hurt during the robbery.
Gardaí said they were searching for a dark-coloured Fiat Punto with an 04 Kerry registration that was stolen outside the courthouse in Naas today.
