McDonald’s to hire 280 workers at four new Irish outlets
09/02/2005 - 12:26:48The McDonald’s chain of fast-food restaurants has announced plans to hire 280 full- and part-time workers at four new outlets in Ireland this year.
The US company said today that one of the new outlets opened last week at the Mahon Point shopping centre in Cork.
Two other restaurants are scheduled to open in Dublin later in the year, while a fourth is also planned for Wicklow.
McDonald’s says it serves around 150,000 customers at its 71 outlets in Ireland every day.
