Everton pair out
Everton midfielders Steve Watson and and Li Tie are unavailable for the FA Cup fourth-round clash against Sunderland.
Watson is still recovering from a stomach muscle injury while Li Tie picked up a shin injury playing for the reserves in midweek after coming back from a broken leg.
Veteran goalkeeper Nigel Martyn, who has just signed a new contract, could also be back in the squad after his calf problems, but Everton may delay his comeback until next week’s match against Norwich.
Kevin Kilbane will figure against his former club while boss David Moyes must decide whether to continue with a five-man midfield or give James McFadden a chance to impress.
