Green Isle to create 130 jobs in Kildare
14/01/2005 - 07:57:26The Green Isle food company is planning to create 130 jobs in the coming years as part of an expansion of its pizza-production operations in Naas, Co Kildare.
The €22.6m investment was announced today by Enterprise Minister Micheál Martin, who said the planned expansion would generate sales of €35m and exports worth €23.5m for the company in the next five years.
Mr Martin said the expansion came on foot of market research into pizza production supported by Enterprise Ireland.
Green Isle already employs 630 people in Naas.
