O'Connor set for Limerick job
05/01/2005 - 16:32:05Cork City's assistant manager Noel O’Connor looks set to be appointed as the new manager of Limerick this evening.
The club have called a press conference and it is expected that their former manager will return.
O’Connor led them to the League Cup in 2002.
He will be unveiled tonight along with the new club captain by the club’s new owner Danny Drew.
Pat Dolan had hoped O’Connor would remain on with City but the search for a successor now begins.
The press conference begins at 6.15pm in the Kilmurry Lodge.
