Man charged after air rage incident due back in court today
29/12/2004 - 07:39:31The 38-year-old man charged in connection with an alleged air rage incident yesterday morning is due back in court later today.
The native of Derry who lives in the US state of Massachusetts was arrested just before 7am following a report of a disturbance on board the Aer Lingus flight from Boston to Shannon Airport.
He was subsequently brought to court and charged with being intoxicated and disorderly and with refusing to desist from his behaviour.
The man was remanded in custody to reappear before Ennis District Court today.
