ISEQ up 21.58 points

Bank of Ireland and Irish Life and Permanent shares provided a positive note for the financials. AIB was down six cent to €15, while Anglo Irish Bank remained flat at €17.95.
Building materials group CRH fell 20 cent to €19.55, the largest fall today. Elan jumped up 50 cent, the market's largest rise so far today.
