Esat BT extends free broadband trial
09/12/2004 - 19:08:13Esat BT today announced that the company has extended its free broadband trial until March 2005.
Households will get their first month's line rental free if they choose an internet service and any Esat BT phone package on EsatBT.com.
"There’s been excellent demand for our free trial to date and we believe it’s a powerful mechanism for stimulating broadband uptake in Ireland," said Bill Murphy, chief executive officer of Esat BT.
Esat BT employs 850 in Ireland and is a wholly owned subsidiary of BT Group.
The company is headquartered in Dublin with offices in Cork, Limerick, Galway and Waterford.
