Abba refuse to reunite
17/11/2004 - 12:37:51Former Abba star Bjorn Ulvaeus has disappointed fans by confirming the seventies supergroup will never reunite.
The Swedish stars famously refused $1bn (€767m) to reform four years ago and Ulvaeus insists no amount of money will ever prompt them to regroup, because they will never match the energy and enthusiasm of their youth.
He explains: "Deep in my heart I know people would be disappointed if they saw us back on the stage. Just look at our videos, that energy, that drive, that enthusiasm. You wouldn't see that."
