Aer Lingus management considers compromise with unions

The threat of industrial action at Aer Lingus appears to be easing.

Management is understood to be reconsidering the outsourcing of aircraft cleaning services.

However, if no agreement is reached with unions, the issue will return to the Labour Relations Commission.
