Shels’ Collins receives two-match suspension

Shelbourne's assisant manager Eamon Collins has been penalised and warned about his future conduct as a result of being sent from the technical area during the club's clash with Cork City on October 29.

Collins, who has also been fined €200, will have to be positioned at least 50 metres from the technical area for two competitive matches with effect from November 24.

The suspension was among a number handed down by the eircom League Disciplinary Commission.

The following premier division suspensions will take also effect as and from Wednesday, November 24 2004 unless otherwise stated:

- David Crawley (Shelbourne) suspended for one match and fined €40 as a result of reaching eight penalty points.

- Paul Donnelly (St. Patrick's Athletic) suspended for one competitive match and fined €25 as a result of reaching four penalty points.

- Brian Meaney (Longford Town) suspended for one Under 21 competitive match and fined €15 as a result of reaching four penalty points.

- Tony McDonnell (UCD) suspended for one match and fined €25 as a result of reaching four penalty points.

- Barry Molloy (Drogheda United) suspended for one competitive match and fined €40 as a result of reaching eight penalty points.

- Mark O'Brien (Shamrock Rovers) suspended for one eircom League match as per FIFA directive and fined €50 as a result of being sent off v Waterford United on October 31. Suspension already served.

- Shane Robinson (Shamrock Rovers) suspended for two competitive matches and fined €50 as a result of reaching 12 penalty points.
