Taoiseach opens Commercial Court
18/10/2004 - 15:04:58The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern and Chief Justice John Murray have officially opened the Commercial Court in Dublin.
The court will deal with multi-million euro litigation involving big business and will be chaired by High Court judges.
Twenty-five cases have been brought before the court since the start of the year.
The court has been fitted with state-of the-art facilities and is located in Bow Street, which falls within the newly designated legal quarter of Dublin city centre.
