SF welcomes Paisley decision to attend talks with Taoiseach
28/09/2004 - 10:59:56Sinn Féin has welcomed the news Ian Paisley will lead a DUP delegation to Dublin for talks with the Taoiseach on Thursday.
The party said the move was positive because it showed the DUP was prepared to engage with people it previously refused to talk to.
Sinn Féin national chairman Mitchel McLaughlin urged the DUP to follow up the Dublin meeting by engaging in face-to-face dialogue with his party.
