Dublin Bus services back to normal after unofficial strike

28/09/2004 - 12:02:02
Dublin Bus services have returned to normal following an unofficial strike by drivers based at the Ringsend depot this morning.

The drivers took the action in protest at the company's alleged refusal to give time off to a worker who was distressed after an incident on board his vehicle in the Tallaght area last Friday.

The stoppage led to the cancellation of all services in several parts of the city, including Rathmines, Terenure, Templeogue and Tallaght.
