Jojo: I'm not like Britney
09/09/2004 - 19:43:42Teenage pop sensation JoJo has hit out at comparisons with Britney Spears - insisting she is nothing like the pop princess.
The 13-year-old, who has stormed the charts in both her native America and Britain, says she uses stars like Britney for inspiration but would never copy another artist.
JoJo say: "I'm not Britney mark two. It's unfair that people compare us. I guess we are both young artists but we're totally different.
"She's a great dancer and I can't dance. I'm more of a singer. But I love Britney and I respect her.
"I'm like a sponge. I take things from everybody."
