Second blast reported in West Bank

The Israeli rescue service has reported a second explosion at a West Bank checkpoint.

Casualties were reported in an initial car bomb blast at an Israeli army checkpoint in West Bank.

Dozens of ambulances were seen rushing out of Jerusalem.
