Cisco profits rise

The network group announced profits of $1.4bn (€1.14bn) for its fourth quarter to the end of July.
The firm had profits of $982m (€803m) in the same period last year.
Sales jumped by 26% to $5.9bn (€4.8bn).
Sales for the full year showed a 17% rise to $22bn (€18bn).
Full-year profits were $4.4bn (€3.6bn), up from $3.6bn (€2.9bn) the previous year.
