Carey case goes back to court
15/07/2004 - 09:37:08Pop superstar Mariah Carey is heading to court to fight an ongoing plagiarism row over her hit Thank God I Found You.
Carey recorded the track in the late 1990s, upsetting songwriter Seth Swirsky, who claimed he penned the tune with a partner.
The case was dismissed in 2002, but Swirsky has since won an appeal on the decision can now go ahead with his plans to sue.
