Ryanair says 91.5% of June flights on time
07/07/2004 - 16:32:53Ryanair said today that 91.5% of its 15,372 flights during June arrived on time.
The airline said customer service statistics showed complaints registered at less than 1 (0.38) complaint per 1000 passengers.
Mislaid baggage registered at less than 1(0.69) mislaid bag per 1000 passengers.
