Explosion on plane injures one
29/06/2004 - 12:11:06A small explosion in a plane at Istanbul airport injured one person today, Anatolia news agency said.
The plane was being cleaned after landing in the Turkish city, which is hosting a Nato summit attended by US President George Bush.
Bush is due to fly out of Turkey later today.
A worker at the airport injured his hand as he opened a package on the plane, Anatolia said. All passengers had disembarked.
The plane had come from the Aegean port city of Izmir.
