Dragon Oil starts well work-overs
29/06/2004 - 16:47:54Dragon Oil has begin a work-over programme for various wells in its LAM Field in the Cheleken Contract Area, offshore from Turkmenistan.
These old wells were drilled prior to Dragon signing a production-sharing agreement and more recent drilling shows the wells have potential for untapped behind-pipe reserves.
Three of the wells will be re-completed using a hydraulic work-over unit supplied by contractor High Arctic, the company said in a statement issued today.
