Fyffes complete Everfresh agreement
22/06/2004 - 15:36:39Fyffes today announced the completion of their agreement to acquire the Everfresh group of food companies.
Fyffes entered into on the agreement on May 6.
The Everfresh group is a leading distributor of fresh produce in Sweden.
Fyffes has acquired 60% of Everfresh for an initial consideration of SEK262.5m (€28.7m) with the acquisition of the balance of 40% to be completed in 2007.
Fyffes shares were up 4c to €1.70 today.
