Home Alone star gives up hard drugs
02/06/2004 - 10:41:03Home Alone child star Macaulay Culkin says he’s given up hard drugs but is continuing to smoke marijuana after sampling “everything” when he was a teen.
Culkin admits he tried lots of drugs before he realised he didn't want to destroy his career and risk losing his life.
He says: "I made sure I tried everything once, except when it comes to needles. I don't f*** around. I did some E, and I'm thinking: 'This is great. I'm always like this, happy and full of joy.'
"But once it's run its course, you just want more happy pills. So I see why it's illegal. But there's nothing wrong with smoking some dope every once in a while."
