Beijing to host Irish performance of Waiting for Godot
13/05/2004 - 12:22:33A production of Samuel Beckett’s Waiting for Godot is due to be performed by the Gate Theatre in Beijing tonight.
The show is part of the ongoing Irish festival of culture and art that is taking place in China this week.
The event was arranged by the Government in an effort to improve political and economic links with China, the world’s fastest-growing market.
