Amoruso blow for Rovers
30/04/2004 - 11:17:13Lorenzo Amoruso will miss Blackburn’s match against Manchester United tomorrow and is expected to be ruled out for the rest of the season.
The Italian defender suffered a hamstring injury in training and his absence comes as a blow to Rovers who need just one more point to ensure Premiership football next season.
Andy Todd returns to the Blackburn squad after being dropped for refusing to be a substitute against Leeds but Nils-Eric Johansson is expected to start alongside Craig Short.
