Health services bring in new policies to stop bullying
30/04/2004 - 15:36:53Employers have launched new policies aimed at rooting out sexual harassment, bullying and inequality in the health services.
In future, local managers will be expected to deal with complaints of bullying and harassment without having to use outside intervention.
The measures also aim to create equal opportunity workplaces.
