CSO predictes industrial production up 2.1%
12/03/2004 - 14:15:42The seasonally adjusted volume of industrial production for the three months ended January 2004 was up 2.1% on the figure for the previous three month period, according to an early estimate from the Central Statistics Office (CSO).
The year on year increase for January 2004 was 8.9%.
This estimate is based on the actual returns for the firms which have already responded for the reference month.
Detailed data for January 2004 will be published by the end of March 2004.
