Three escape injury in Belfast arson attack

Three people escaped injury during an arson attack on a house in north Belfast last night.

A wheelie bin was apparently filled with a flammable liquid and set alight, before being placed against the back door of the house near the Old Cavehill Road at around 7.30pm.

The PSNI said it was investigating a motive for the attack, but has ruled out sectarianism.
